Overview
CineDZ Plot offers free screenplay writing tools with optional premium features. This policy covers refunds for paid subscriptions and credits.
1. Free Features
Core screenplay writing is always free:
- No credits have been used
- Account is in good standing
- Request is made through proper channels
- All or most credits have been consumed
- The account has been flagged for abuse
2. Premium Subscriptions
2.1 Refundable Scenarios
- Request is outside the 14-day window
- Email support@cinedz.com with your account details
- Include your credit purchase receipt
- State the reason for your refund request
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Export all your scripts (they remain yours regardless)
- Download any AI analysis reports you want to keep
- Remaining credits will expire upon cancellation
- Your account and scripts will be retained for 30 days
3. AI Credits
AI credits for script analysis and suggestions:
- Unused credits: Refundable within 30 days
- Partially used credits: Pro-rated refund available
- Failed AI generations: Credits automatically restored
- Expired credits: Non-refundable
4. Script Export on Cancellation
Your scripts are always yours. Before cancellation:
- You can reactivate within 30 days to restore everything
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
- Pro-rated credit refund may be available
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@cinedz.com
- Export all data before final deletion
- Exported scripts remain yours forever
- Re-registration is always welcome

Refund Processing: 5–10 business days to original payment method
